LearnWithOtti is an AI-powered A-Level tutoring platform operated by Robert Yates, a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom. The Service provides access to Otti, an AI tutor providing AI-powered tutoring and assessment for the A-Level subjects and exam board specifications listed as available on our website from time to time. Subjects marked as ‘coming soon’ are not yet available. Otti is a study aid and does not replace a qualified teacher, examiner, or educational institution.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Provide accurate information and keep your details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to rob@learnwithotti.co.uk immediately.
LearnWithOtti provides an AI-powered tutoring service that includes conversational tutoring, practice assessments with mark-scheme feedback, and progress tracking across supported A-Level subjects and exam boards.
Otti is an AI study aid designed to support your learning. It may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated content. You should not rely solely on Otti’s responses and should always verify important information with your teacher, textbook, or official exam board materials.
LearnWithOtti does not guarantee any particular academic result, grade, or outcome. Otti is a supplementary learning tool and individual results will depend on many factors outside our control.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where changes materially affect your subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
New users receive 50% off their first month on any paid plan. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Current plans and pricing are listed at https://www.learnwithotti.co.uk/pricing. Plans include a monthly token allowance. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
If you request a refund within the current billing month, you are entitled to a full refund (100%) if no tokens have been used, or a 50% refund if tokens have been used. Refunds are not available for prior billing periods. To request a refund, contact rob@learnwithotti.co.uk.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and allow 7 days to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within that period, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
You may use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial A-Level study purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. No refund will be issued where termination is due to a breach on your part.

You are responsible for critically evaluating AI-generated content and for verifying information against authoritative sources before acting on it.
By submitting messages or content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content. Do not submit sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Robert Yates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal study purposes during your active subscription period.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback in any way we see fit.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
